We understand that schedules change, and you may need to change the time of a body repair. If you cancel the booking, you will lose your 25% Booking Fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will charge 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking time will be charged at 100% of the booking price. The reason is; We are a small family-run business and will have booked out time for you and your vehicle in our working day, which we won't be able to replace at short notice and need to make a living.
If you need to reschedule your repair to a date greater than 30 days away, another full booking fee will need to be paid (25% of booking amount) . If at least a full week's notice is given we will reschedule your repair with no further charge (to a date within 30 days) If you need to reschedule a repair and give more than 48 hours notice (to a date within 30 days) and do not cancel, you will be charged a 10% re-booking fee. Rescheduling to another date with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of the total booking amount. The reason is; We are a small family-run business and will have booked out time for you and your vehicle in our working day, which we won't be able to replace at short notice and need to make a living.
If we cannot carry out the repair for reasons outside of our control after attending the scheduled appointment, you will be liable for 90% of the booking amount. The 10% reduction is the amount that would have been used for the cost of materials that won't have been used with the repair not being completed. Again, The reason is; We are a small family-run business and will have booked out time for you and your vehicle in our working day, which we won't be able to replace at short notice and need to make a living—and also adding further the added fuel used to attend your appointment that we couldn't complete.
Payments are due upon completion of the repair (unless you notify us that you are unhappy with the work). If the invoice is not paid we reserve the right to debit the funds directly from the card you left on file when paying your deposit.
In the event we cannot recover the money owed, we will exercise our statutory right to claim interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery costs (£40) under the Late Payment legislation if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms.
Payment on completion of the repair constitutes as your complete satisfaction of the repair.
Payments are made to the referee or charity of the referee's choice after payment has been received for a successful booking.
A previous customer can refer but not be referred.
The referral reward will only be paid for bookings of £180 and over.
The referral reward will not be paid out on bookings receiving any discount.
The referee's full name and contact number must be given in the initial enquiry contact.
